     hi, i've owned 3 different ipaqs for the last 3 years, but have never tryied a pcmcia card hard drive on any of them, i have been seeing a section on -pocketpc.com-since the last year or so, where they offer [separately]a pc card expansion pack, and 3 different 5 to 15-gygabyte pcmcia hard drive cards from Kingston, toshiba and cms. has anyone tryed a hard drive card on an ipaq????? if so how does it perform??????? is it worth having anyone of them?????
- for your help thanks.

My Toshiba 2GB PCMCIA card drive works flawlessly with my iPaq 3955 with a dual sleeve, acts the same as a SD or CF card, just put a My Documents folder on it for some applications to access to it.

That 15GB Drive is NOT a PCMCIA drive at least not under that model number! The above page shows you the connector on it

My friend uses the 2 GB on his ipaq with sleve with no problem. He got a great deal on it at tigerdirect. I am waiting for another similar deal to get one to use with an adapter on my Dell.

Alright you both need to edit your posts to fix those links! Side scrolling when I have a 17" monitor is just ridiculous.
