Windows Mobile 2003 Tweak for users of non english Outlook:
I was just sitting here in the sun browsing my PPC registry, examining minutely every single key in there on lookout for goodies (yes i admit, im a geek  ).
Seems like i found one, at least answering one of my questions, from Jasons walktrough on how to add holidays to your calendar, from a few days ago. I noticed that on screenshots of the Month View from the buildt in callendar (dont remember where i saw the orginal screenshots), the holidays appeared red, just like sundays. I took this screenshot to give you an idea:

Since i already had added holidays to my Outlook (and synced), i opened calendar in month view and went to December to have a look. (25 and 26 December are holidays in most (if not all) contrys, including mine). Guess what, no red holidays :(
I guessed this had to be related to the category of holiday events, since the english version of Outlook assigns holiday events to the category "holiday", and mine (norwegian) assigns them to a category "helligdag". I could re-categorize all my holiday events from the "helligdag" to "holiday" just to get the desired effect, but i thought there got to be an easier way to get red holidays. Here it is:
For this tip, you will need a registry editor to your Pocket Pc. If you aint got one, you can get an excelent one here: http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/
As usual, be carful when working with the registry
 Now go to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Calendar
 The key has subkeys, but what we are looking for are the string value "HolidayCategory" right under the "Calendar" key.
 By default, this shows holds the value "Holiday", if you like me are using a non english version of Outlook, change the key to the category your outlook version assigns to holidays. Im using a norwegian version, so i changed the key to Helligdag, Of course you must replase with whats apropriate for your language-version.
 Soft reset your PPC
 Open calendar and change to month view and ...
 ...viola, red holidays, just like the screenshot.
Since me and my GF is just about to leave for Greece on vacation, i probably wouldnt be able to answer to this thread before im back next week. Hope it works for you too. If you happen to be on Karpatos (Greek island) and see someone with a iPAQ 2215 on the beach, make sure you say hello :)
