I was wondering if anyone knew about a OS upgrade for the Samsung?

Does anyone know if a Pocket PC 2003 OS is going to be available for the samsung I700? I am on Verizon wireless in San Diego, and I can't find anything about it.

Rumor has it that it will happen "soon". (There's a thread over on Pocket PC Passion about it.)

The latest news is VzW has it in testing and early next year they will ship the I700 with WMPE 2003. For us existing owners release is expected by end of year to early January time frame. This is of course with the obvious disclaimer they can change it at any time.
