View Full Version : Sudden problem with ActiveSync, lost sync ability

Hi, yesterday a weird thing happened.

I can no longer sync some items.
I can't select Calendar, Contacts, Notes and Tasks in ActiveSync settings.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled ActiveSync but it didn't help.
I can still sync the Inbox though.
I'm running ActiveSync 3.7 and Outlook XP.

Can you explain exactly what happens? What does ActiveSync say?

Hello, I had the same problem, I reinstalled active sync again then it workded for me.

ActiveSync doesn't say much.

You see the checkmarks next to Calendar etc.?
They weren't there.

I have "solved" the problem for now by reinstalling Windows / Outlook / ActiveSync.
