OT, but Dvorak's latest Inside Track talked about how the Elpida joint venture is now the super-behemoth sole Japanese DRAM maker and how the industry landscape is changed...

P.S. The column also expressed awe at Coding Technologies' worldwide-leading sound codecs portfolio (including aacPlus that I'd wanted to discuss some time back), but this is topic for another thread...
