Advice Sought - Looking for ftp software for PocketPC 2002 device

I am looking for some ftp software for my iPAQ and I'm prepared to pay about 20 US Dollars for it. What I want to do is connect to my web space and transfer files from my iPAQ to the remote web server. In this way I can start a blog site. I.e. I propose to write the html on my iPAQ and transfer via a Bluetooth Connection either using Pass Thru or using a Bluetooth Mobile Phone.

Anyone got any good recommendations / alternatives
