These are great tips. :D

Every software company needs a support forum like WebIS's and a guy like Mark Penn to help out. He's really smart about the software and is as patient as a mortal can be.

I agree.... you don't see anyone from Developler One (Agenda Fusion) in a forum helping folks out with their software.

They didn't even respond to an email request of mine a few weeks ago. (not even an automated response)

This is just another reason I recently switched from AF to PI.... I am am enjoying this latest version.... :D

Actually, DevOne has a forum too hosted at Pocket Now - http://discuss.pocketnow.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=26

Mark's a true value for us PI users, having always the right answer or a work arround at hand and helping everybody, from newbies to expert users.

These tips are great, but if something is missing, just ask at PI forums, several answers will be posted and Mark will always give away his knowledge for free.

Credits have to go to Alex too, I've never seen a developer with such a proactive site, opened and exposed but fast and productive, sure those are reasons that help making PI what it is and appeal to people like Mark, cheers pal.

Yes, and John answers questions there. Plus, Doug Raeburn seems to be Agenda Fusion's Mark Penn.

Steve

P.S. I've edited Ed's post that I quoted to give the correct URL to the Developer One forum. The URL given will work, at least for now, but it included a session ID, which isn't necessary and may even cause problems (if the session expires).
