5555 and Slim Keyboard ?

I just got the 5555 today (COMPUSA SUCKS because they sold me a unit that was all scuffed up and then almost would not return it) however my slim keyboard which worked great on my old 5455 is very buggy and sometimes does not work at all.

2 of the symptoms I am having are;
The keyboard works but only after I go into the manager program and type text in the input box. At this point the keyboard will work but if you switch apps it stops.

My device will not always synch to my desktop with the sk attached.

Is anyone else having similar problems? If so has anyone talked to HP about the problem?

I don't have first hand experience with the slim keyboard. However, you're not the first person I've read on forums having trouble with it. I'm waiting and hoping that the next batch of them have the problems resolved as it looks like a good product otherwise.

Yeah it is very frustrating. It was working like a charm with my 5455 but now it is soooo buggy :(
