fe_wa in the startup folder

I asked this on the Brighthand forums but never got a reply :roll:
Anyone know what fe_wa does? There is a shortcut in the startup folder of my iPAQ 2210. After running PHM's Task Manager it appears to always be resident. Any Ideas?

If you want to know if you can go without it, try moving it out of the folder, do a soft-reset and see how you go.

Its not the answer you wanted, but HP support might be the better place to ask the question...
