Been using these for a couple of years now. All the pockets make it VERY easy for me to get all my Geek gear moving with me. Two of the pockets even zip shut! Of course, the wrinkle-resistance is a HUGE bonus.

If this interests you, check out TravelSmith.com. They have similar jackets, as well. I believe they even came out with a linen version this summer, as well.

Finally! Even Geeks can be stylin'!

Ahhh... never... :!: Nothing compares to an eVest - ask Brad  if you want to get more information...

Awesome jacket, that's for sure... I'm planning to order one as soon as possible ! I'll probably be a first in Germany wearing one.

Last year, I bought a leather jacket from Wilsons. It looks good, but the thing that sold me on it: 3 interior pockets. 1 open, 1 with a snap closure, and 1 zippered. My girl knew right away: "Geez baby, it's got all those inside pockets you wanted!"

It is unfortunate that there aren't more colors/styles available.

We're geeks, not fashion experts; as long as it's got the pockets, we don't care :D

Half of a pb and j sandwich? Wouldn't that be a little messy? (If you don't know what I'm talking about, hover the mouse pointer over the picture)

I was wondering how many people bothered to look at my mouseover.

What about wearing it over a ScotteVest?

I hope Brad isn't following this thread.... :rotfl:

Over what picture? I've tried hovering over the jacket picture and Ed's avatar in both IE and Mozilla and nothing happened.

I was thinking the exact same thing! Let's see...

eVest + MobilePants + Mobile Jacket = FASHION CITY!

Still, this jacket is cool, but it simply cannot compare to the 17+ pockets in my beloved eVest. And, maybe I shouldn't be admitting this, but what does it mean that I was recently contemplating ordering a SECOND eVest just so I could have two colors to coordinate better with my other togs?

Tilley Endurables (http://www.tilley.com) (of Tilley Hat fame) sell a couple of different dressy travel jackets with lots of internal and external velcro or zipper pockets, as well as the trademark "secret" pocket seen in most Tilley products.

LAMER! 22+ pockets is the only way to go.

Although since it's been into the warm seaon, I tend to avoid wearing any overgarments.

I was just reading about them last night. I don't particularly like their style though. But they've got the right idea.

The mouseover says:
I am carrying an iPAQ 2215, a Stowaway keyboard, an extra battery, earbuds, and half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

We know, we know! You're always telling us how you don't wear any pants! We get it!

Actually, I was referring to jackets etc that time. And I only got that excited once. But I did manage to keep them on.

Too bad it doesn't come in a grey color. :( Not that it would fit me anyway. ;) But my husband wouldn't like that weird brown/tan/whatever color if I were to get it for him.
