Help needed with surfing over Bluetooth LAN connection

I have an iPAq 2210 and the TDK USB BT device attached to my PC and can happily connect to the net using ActiveSync pass through.

I can make a LAN connection between the iPAQ and the pc but can't do anything with it.

I know nothing about networking and need help!

How do I configure my pc and 2210 to allow me to surf via a BT LAN connection?

Any help most gratefully received!
