PI4.5 and editing dropdown lists?

Hope this is the correct forum to post this Q.

In PI4.5 Contacts/new/work/business address there are drop down lists for City, State, Postal etc. In some of these lists I have entered mispelled data. Is is possible to delete entries in these lists? Eg I have entries for City as London, Londn and londoon. I would love to be able to remove the last two entries.
