Anyone know if there are any CF Wifi cards with LEAP? Last time I checked Cisco didn't have a CF card.
:?
TIA

AFAIK, there are no CF cards that support Cisco LEAP and you are correct that Cisco does not yet have a CF (or SDIO) card at this time. I've been looking for a WiFi card that supports LEAP for about 4 months...no luck yet.

:grumble:

If you can't use a Cisco card then there's only three options left for you. 1) Get an iPAQ 5455. HP just released an update that supports LEAP for it. 2) Odyssey client from www.funk.com and 3) Aegis client from www.mtghouse.com

Dude -- you rock. I don't know why I post -- I should just ask you directly! Don't worry -- I won't -- posting = sharing the knowledge.

So... I'm guessing you have LEAP at work...(?) And then I'm guessing that you ditched the 5455 because the clients that you posted worked...? Any feedback? Favorites?

Thanks

I tried both clients on both my now deceased e740 and 5455 and they work great. HP just released the 5455 LEAP update, and I don't have one now to test it. :(

I couldn't make any of the two clients to work in my 2215 with an Ambicom card. They install fine, but can't authenticate with the AP. I ended up using a Cisco 350 card with my 2215.

Eitel, how are you connecting the PC Card to the 2200? -- are you using a CF adapter?

Eitel / Anyone:

Anyone figure out how to get LEAP working on a 2215 (or any 2003) machine? I saw the PC Card adapter, but I'm not a big fan.. :-( A buddy of mine will let me use his for a while (if I can't find another solution), but I was really hoping to use LEAP with my CF WiFi card (even if I have to buy a new brand of Card).

I tried both Odyssey and Aegis, and couldn't make any of them work with my 2215 and the Ambicom card with the WinCE drivers. :(
