h2210 iPAQ File Store

For those of you who bought an h2210 off the Hp Gov't and Edu sites, did you have iPAQ File Store and how much space did you have access to?

I was looking on the hp spec sheet:

and it says "iPAQ File Store: non-volatile storage in flash ROM (on select skus only)" which really confuses me.
