Woody Leonhard (Woody's Office Watch) had reported on security holes in Word and Office months, years ago. Guess no one really listened....

Quick tips: don't use "fast save," and be careful about forwarding docs in Outlook XP ... I seem to recall that even if you leave out your personal info in the file properties, Outhouse XP will add them in anyway depending on the e-mail trail. Something like that.

One of these days Microsoft will issue a fatwa against Richard Smith. ;)
