Hello:

I have several notes in Outlook, however, they are not present on the H2215. What am I doing wrong? I am still trying to learn this new platform.

In ActiveSync on the desktop: Select tools, options, sync options and make sure there is a check mark next to notes...

Perhaps I should have investigated the issue a little more!
