multiIE

I had to hard re-set and lost my registrations for some apps. got them all back except for multiIE. I have emailed southway four times with no reply. Is there another way I should be requesting this info? Also if I back-up next time before I reset will the registration numbers be saved? Thanks J.P.

This is hindsight of course, but I created a "Software Codes" folder in Outlook and keep all my serial number emails in there - it's saved my butt more times than one, especially when I sync it over to my Pocket PC and carry them with me everywhere. :mrgreen:

I went through the same thing a few months ago, but the code that came up missing was for Fitaly. With them all it took was a 3 minute phone call and they gave me the code aftar verifying the info in their database. Now I religiously enter codes into Flexwallet as soon as I get them. :wink:

Is multiIE compatible with WM 2003? I'm glad I read this thread though. I always get nervous when a developer doesn't answer email...
