Hi,
I am using 2 iPAQs (eVB software tools) to talk to each other using Winsock controls - TCPIP. I am able to transfer some information using IRDA, but when I do the same with TCPIP the connection is not made. I have set both the iPAQs to P2P - Adhoc mode, with same channel with IP addresses 192.168.10.1/2 respectively.
The iPAQs can see each other, but when I use a 3rd party software to ping each other, they do not work. I am pretty sure that the software works.
I think my settings are incorrect as the iPAQs can see each other and cannot ping, but am not ruling the option of incorrect code.
I would appreciate if you could give me some suggestions to which I could sort out the problem. Is there any TCPIP applications available on the net using Winsock.
