e740, w/ cradle,ac,stylus, oem case,etc.
2 extra regular batteries
1 hi-capacity battery
chrome pda panache stylus
usb sync & charge cable
hard case (modified)
tosh leather case

This is a second hand pda (i orig traded a hp568 for it 14 months ago), and has been since modified by me.
