Well, no, it's not.

They've updated the upgrades page with faq's etc, but the purchase link takes you to the online store, which has no mention of the upgrade.

Still, it's a step in the right direction.

Oh, and as expected, it's US only.

I just spoke to HP Canada and they tell me it is only available in the US and will likely be 2-3 weeks before it's available to Canada.

"Why isn't the H1910 upgradeable to Microsoft's Pocket PC 2003?
We are focusing our upgrades on the h5450, h3900 and h3800 families since these products target our enterprise customers that typically require these upgrades. (Additional information: The H1910 product line only has a 16MB ROM which does not fit Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 Premium version."

So why can't they provide the Professional version as other 16MB ROM devices use??? Silly answer.

Anyone else having issues registering their serial numbers online. It keeps saying my s/n is invalid.

I have the same problem. Two others reported the same issue on discussion.brighthand.com.

Would you mind providing the address or phone number you used to order this? I can't find any reference to it on the site.

Thanks,

james

Its all on the coupon you print up from HP's link. This is for the $15.99 "free" upgrade mind you.
