Free software for telling world time

Hi one & all. Is there any free software for telling the world time. No fanciful features required, just need to know the time in other countries. Thanx in advance.

There is one which is a Today screen plug-in. You have to set the city and time manually and it does not switch to daylight saving time automatically, but hey it's free.
