What Pocket PC should i buy. I am 15 yrs old. I would like one with built in Wifi but i wouldnt mind buying a card for it but would much rather have WiFi. Good battery life. Good Mp3 playing and some movies. Any idea on which one i should get?

Everybody seems REALLY impressed with the ipaq 2215. It doesn't have built-in WiFi, but it is dual-slot so you could have a WiFi card and still have a slot free. Many other people are happy with their Axim X5's, though the ipaq is faster.

If you want integrated wireless, I'd look at the 555x, but that's a bit pricey, or the Toshiba e750, or even a closeout e740 if price is a big consideration. But with the Toshiba, I'd recommend waiting to see if they're going to provide an OS upgrade for the e740.... At this point people are doubting their commitment to their customers.

Depending on how long you're willing to wait, it might be nice to see when Dell releases the rumored X7.

The ipaq 3970 is imho a great ppc, and as soon as the 2003 update is released will be even better. doesn't have wifi built in, but easily added and price should be good. i got minelast november, but last week gave in and got the 5450, and if your budget stretches to it its the one to get. built in bt and wifi, with great sound/video capability.

As much as I like the shape of the 2215, please note the following:

2215 (with PPC2003) is faster than axim with PPC2002. That is true.
But whether the 2215 is faster than axim with PPC2003 or not, no one knows yet.

I think it's a safe bet that the 2215 will still be faster. The Axim isn't able to take full advantage of the improved chip because the other hardware wasn't changed. It's not JUST the chip or JUST the OS that makes it faster, it's the total package so to speak.

The 2215 will be faster than the CURRENT Axim hardware with PPC2003 due to the memory bus issues. Whether it is faster or not than the Axims that will come out in the future, does remain to be seen.

I wouldn't be so sure about that - after all the current Axim is also using the same PXA 255 chip with the 200 mhz bus.

uhm, actually the 2215 does not use the 200 mhz bus yet.

Actually the 100mhz bus increase will be so insubstantial itll be like 100 extra points on a benchmark that is in the thousands =\
