I've been dabbling with a few older PPC 2002 themes I have and they don't completely translate over to PPC 2003. I've tried both Pocket Theme Manager and ThemeDream and both leave something to be desired.
It seems they become "confused" by the new PPC 2003 interface. The colors are a bit off, the Main Title Bar comes across as a single color rather then a gradient fade. Also, the Start Menu text color is static (any color you like, so long as it's black). I haven't seen a new theme generator from MS yet, V2 is the only one available on the site. I even went so far as to grab the PPC 2003 SDK, but it only includes C++ coding components.
Any thoughts?
