I have a Toshiba E570 running PPC. I've just put a CF memory card in but, how do I remove it? I'm sure it's a simple solution but, as I cannot locate my manual I cannot work it out? :(

Well, if it's anything like the e740, you push down with your stylus on what looks like a rectangular button with a circle on it. It should be beside your cf slot. It should pop up - push down on it again with your stylus and your cf card should come out.

The e570 is just like my Maestro. The CF card does not have any special release mechanism. You simply pull it out.
If it is real snug and you are hurting your finger tips then use your stylus as a removal tool. The little nub at the tail end (opposite the tip) works perfectly to get it loose.

I use these Post-It (tm) flags on every CF card I own. They are indispensable for getting CF cards out of slots.

Thanks folks, I've managed to pull it out with my fingertips. Not the easiest task but it sounds as if it has been improved upon with later models.
