I have trouble synchronizing with my IBM t23 laptop at work. This appears to be a specific problem to the IBM laptop or our image. It synchronizes fine after boot up but when removing the device from the cradle, the PC does not recognize that its been removed. If I place it back in the cradle it won’t synchronize. I would have to reboot again. This happened with my Dell Axim and now with my Ipaq 2215. Any ideas?

Are you using serial or USB connection?
Try using the IR port.

USB. I'v done all the basics including removing the USB ports from device manager and letting them re-install. This has been going on for months. No problems with my Dell computer at home just the IBM at work.
