IPAQ PocketPC 2003 Upgrades?

Now that the PocketPC 2003 is officially released - has HP/Compaq announce any intention to provide OS upgrades for older models. I have a IPAQ 3765 and I would love to get the new OS.

Looks like not only the 5400, and 3900: 3800 also will get an upgrade:
