PPCs with 200mhz memory bus?

Can someone please tell me what PPCs have the 200mhz memory bus? I was so sure that the Axim had this(at least the most recent ones)

I think that lack of response indicates that no one is really 100% sure. My best guess is that the AXIM (although it now uses a 255 chip) probably still has the slower memory bus as the AXIM main board was originally designed for the 250. Newer devices probably use faster Ram and a new 200 MHz memory bus to link up the 255, so while the newer Axims are somewhat faster than the old Axims (or most 250 equipped devices) I think the next generation devices will be faster again.

The Axim either does NOT have the new bus, or if it does, then it can't take advantage of it because all the other hardware except for the processor is the same as when it had the 250 chip.

Jason's review of the iPaq 2215 mentions that that iPaq does not have the 200mhz system bus...

Yeah Jason says that there... but in some other post yesterday things got wild and everything went to hell when you had a lot of different people saying yes and a lot of people saying no. Im telling you...Im confused. 8O
