Ok. I just receive my monthly GPRS bill. Apparently my GPRS usage shows 100% increase from last month. This is really silly. Any answer will be much appreciated.

1. Is there a setting in pocket IE, so I can "disable images" ? If possible, I would like to read webpages in text only. If I want to see an image, I will have to click on it in order to see it.

2. Are all cached files/images from pocket IE stored on /windows/temporary internet files/ ?

3. How do you limit the size of /windows/temporary internet files/ ? Earlier this morning, I was so shocked to see that I have 10+ megs on that directory.

4. Is there a small software outthere that can automatically deletes the content of /windows/temporary internet files/ on startup ?

Danke.

Hmm now I am no expert, but as far as I know:

1. to disable images in Pocket IE you just tap on the last icon to the right of the bottom task bar (the one with the read cross on it).

2. AFAIK all the cached files are stored in the Tempory internet files

3. The internet explorer power toy from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/downloads/powertoys.asp) both allows you to set the maximum cache size and remove all the cached files.

4. the only piece of software I can think of is Battery bar which has an option to do this (but it is not what you would call small necessarily!)
