ok pritty soon i'm goin on vaction from cleveland,ohio to the adirondacks in NY. anyone know if there's wifi in stop stations where they have mcdounlds adn stuff? And anyone know any good sites for finding hot spots up there? I want to be able to write and recieve emails. Theres some people around there that spend like $200 a month on dial-up(no access #'s around, and dsl isn't even heard of. we don't even have Tv up there!! [/b]

My sisters own a camp on Sixth Lake in Inlet. I'm not aware of any wifi up there but have never really looked into it. I know my Verizon cell phone doesn't work very well.

The Adirondack Park is huge, I think its the biggest of its kind in the country. You could try starting with this link:
