Sierra Aircard555, new driver prompt?

I have an iPaq 3955 with a Verizonwireless Aircard 555. After downloading a the latest update, i now consisently get a prompt whenever the card initializes that a new driver is available... if i say Yes the card jams.

Anyone else have experience with this problem?

Yes- I just say no. I got the answer on the Sierra website, but I can't remember it exactly. I dug around the HP and Sierra Wireless sites and found an obscure reference to it with no fix. Ignore it and just hit "NO". It will still work fine.
