Guest or Standard on Work Computer Sync setup??

Just using PPC for the first time. Had no issues using Palm on two computers. Getting question during setup at work about whether it is guest or standard. What is the difference, and which should I be using to get everything to sync at work and at home?

Guest allows you to browse files on the the PDA only from the host machine, so I'd go for standard if you want to sync stuff to it.

You then will get asked if you want to replace the existing partnership or sync with two machines.

I've been sync'ing between my XP home machine and W2K work machine for about 6 months now will minimal problems.
