PIE is broken

PIE can not longer open any file, it keeps showing the hourglass for ages and then I need to close it. Does anyone know how can I fix it, this 'cause I'm supposing I broke something in the registry after trying FTPBrowser and Flashbrowser

Run File Explorer(or any othe file explorer) to the Windows directory. Run welcome.exe or wceload.exe (I am not sure, try both). This happened to me. You probably deleted some files in you PPC root directory.
