I've been using my Axim every day since early March, but last week ran into a problem, my D-Pad stopped working.
After having gone through the soft reset, hard reset routine, I called Dell Tech Support.
Went through the soft/hard reset routine again for the tech support guy and he told me, no problem, Dell will send a new one. I was a bit concerned about about this because I expected to get a reconditioned one and mine is in perfect shape with the new processor and the A03 ROM installed.
No need to worry. after just two days I received a spanking new Axim, with the new processor and with the new ROM already installed. I just have to spend some time getting it exactly how I want it.
Thanks Dell, when the X7 is available I will be sure to get one and my little daughter is going to be the proud owner of a practically new X5. :rock on dude!:
