Cannot Connect - Good Tip

I was having trouble connecting all day yesterday and I knew that the problem wasn't on my end. I called T-mobile and told them to reset the server. They did so and I could connect right away. Just a tip to save some aggravation... :!:

i had problems and couldn''t connect all day yesterday and this morning. i woke up this afternoon and called support to try and figure it out and it was working fine. they reset my service which didn't help. never thought about it being the server. i wonder if your reset is what fixed it.

After connecting for a very brief period yesterday, my gprs would not connect today. Turns out the Tmobile gprs network is currently having some problems and they are "working on it." Myself and a friend, who live 12 miles apart in the western burbs of Philly, PA both cannot connect. 20 miles away in Plymouth Meeting, PA, I connect immediately. And the Tmobile tech thought I was insane when I told them to kick their server! Should have told them to scale the tower!
