where can i get bluetooth update for 3970?

hi guys,
can any of you please let me know where can i get the bluetooth dirver in my 3970 updated?
i did a search and hte only relevant article that i could find here mentions something about being able to update my BT driver to one thats similar in the 5450.
the link provided there does not work, going to billington's site > nothing
