The battery charging indicator on my nino stopped indicating when charging or not, but the taskbar says that power is connected. It (the LED) still didn't light up after a low batt warning when power was reconnected.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to do untill the h22xx series goes on sale?

Take the battery out and make sure one of the contacts did not break off. That happened on my Nino 312, luckilly Philips was still fixing them then and repaired it. I gave my Nino to a friend that wanted to try out a pda when I bought my Casio E200. I miss the Nino though and recently got a brand new color Nino500 for great price.

This mainly happen when the battery isn't charged. Mine had this as well. In the battery-area of the Nino are two small connectors, touching the original Nino-batteries, when they both touch the battery, the are connected, and the Nino concldes it is a chargable battery. If it isn't connected, it is a normal batteryy. I short-circuited it with a paperclip:).

I tried one at Best buy today. Awesome device!! Very light and small, great screen, sd slot, BLUETOOTH built in. Feels about half the size and weight of my Casio E-200.
