synch w/Address book

I currently use Outlook with my company's Exchange server. I've got mail, calendar, and contact list synched just fine via. my laptop. However, I want to somehow get our global address list (currently my default address book) into my phone contacts as well.

I currently have my laptop setup so that the Exchange global address list is synched to my offline folder settings file (outlook.ost). I can view all these details in my address book in Outlook when unplugged, now I want this same info on my PPC.

Does anybody know how I can accomplish this?

Device = XDA (Seimen's sx 56).
Outlook 2002
No idea what version of Exchange.
