Control Manager

I hope I will receive some good news............because I wrote this problem in a lot of NG but NOBODY help me............

Hi to all,
I'm new of eVB (not on VB..). I have a problem registering OCX with eVB (via
TOOL-Remote Tools-Control Manager)
When I try to see components registered under emulation or device of my
PPC2002 the list is empty and I'm not able to add a new component .
Before displaying the empty windows, I get this message "failed to find
suitable control manager for your device"

I already tried to remove all, install all again but the result is the same
on two PCs...
The emulator works fine till I use "standard" object. If I add an OCX (a
simply one - Microsoft CE Grid Control) the emulator says "THE CONTROL xxx
NNNNNNN could not be created"............

p.s.: every time I installed eVB and SDK I got NO error........
