Peer to Peer, 2 iPAQs, Please Help

I am using eVB to exchange information or exchange files. I can see the the second iPAQ from the first one (Peer to Peer), but cannot exchange files. It says 'The network path was not found'

Do you know why it is saying that. Have i made mistake in connection/settings?

I also heard that I cannot connect 2 iPAQs, so my question is whats the use of Peer to Peer then, how do they communicate?

Do I need to change the software I am using to JAVA or eVC

Please Help.
