I have had my O2 XDA for two weeks now and am really impressed. BUT...and theres always a but....why now (today) will activesync only log me on as a guest and not as per the proper partnership? What setting have i messed around with that I should not have done? Can anyone shed a light or point me right direction
Thanks
Steve

My Jornada did this to me today, and it does it every now and then.. usually if I just take the handheld off the cradle and put it back on, after 1-3 tries it will get it right.. maybe a soft-reset is in order? :?

Steve,
Do this only if your familiar with REGEDIT...I run Windows2000 but this will probably work with other Windows incarnations as well.
Start the Regedit program with Start>Run>Regedit
Navigate to Hkey_Local_Machine>Software>Mobile Application Link>Devices. There you should find earlier sync names you've tried, and delete them, > (delete the folder(s) with other names so that nothing is below the devices folder).
On the Regedit menu select >Registry>exit.
Reboot your computer and when you restart you should be OK when you drop your Pocket PC in the cradle to st.
Good Luck :)
