Has anyone tried one of these (http://www.ppcbatteryextender.coinc.biz/)??

I'm a little sceptical about plugging it to my ppc, it seems a little homemade... Great idea though.

I've been using a VERY similar device on my iPAQ and never had any problems. I've been very pleased.

How many charges can you get from 4 AA batteries??

With my 3765, I used to get 3 or 4 charges out of it, but with a 3955, I get just more than 1. The down-side to a battery with more capacity. :lol:

This brings back memories...

I built (http://www.pocketpcpassion.com/Casio/DennisWolfe/BatteryExtender/BatteryExtender.htm) one of these using the guide at PocketPCPassion...

The price seems reasonable, so now I probably wouldn't bother building it...
