Checking my email on "INBOX" hangs up call

I'm sure this is a stupid question // or it has a simple solution I have not gotten to yet... But if I check my email on inbox, it hangs up the call for some reason... I checked all the settings but I can't find it anywhere
ANyone know how to make INBOX "NOT HANG UP THE CALL ??"

There are two icons at the bottom of the inbox screen try using the first one the one with PDA/hand.
