Reminders Alarm

Need some help. With the volume turned up, I perform a soft reset (for whatever reason). I go into Sounds & Notifications (“Enable sounds for Notifications” is checked), the Notifications tab, I scroll down to Reminders and the “Play Sound” box is unchecked. I can check it again, soft reset, go back in, and look at the setting and it is unchecked again. Without this box checked, I do not hear my reminders for upcoming events.

Has anybody seen this or have a fix for it?

I always found the reminders on my iPaq to be flaky -- I installed SuperAlert, which is much more robust and reliable. It will even sound my clock alarms when I have the volume muted...
