Well, in fact those pxa255 are by now in the axim, and in the hp iPAQ h1915 ;)
If you mean that they are mounted in a motherboard that gets all of them... hehe, you can try the e750, the only one by now :)

Hola de nuevo/Hi again ;)
The fact is that Intel stopped manufacturing the PXA250 a while ago, and since then only ships PXA255, which has the same pins and physical connectors that the PXA250. In fact, a PXA255 can be used to replace a broken PXA250, and that's the point: they are "physically" compatible, so Dell and every other manufacturer can switch from 250 to 255 without any problem. The performance is increased, but not to the level that should, or we expected, as it's still working with a 100MHz bus.
As I said before, nowadays there's only one PPC that runs with a 200MHz bus: the Tosh e750/755, but more are coming for sure :D
If you want to read something more about this, you can check those urls: Axims with PXA255 (http://www.foro.mipcdebolsillo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11234&highlight=dell+pxa255), Intel presents the PXA255 (http://www.foro.mipcdebolsillo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11338&highlight=intel+pxa255) and an interesting thread about the PXA250 poor performance (http://www.foro.mipcdebolsillo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8573&highlight=xscale) (all links in spanish).
Saludos :)
