Where to get movie stuff or QT converters?

Can anyone suggest where to get some videos for my 3835. I don't do kazaa, morpheus or anything else like that, and pocketmovies.net is so slow and you can't download the whole thing. What I really want is something that could convert QT into MPEG, that would be really cool.

P.S. The bestest thing would be a QT player for PPC. Anyone ever heard of something like this happening
