Invisible audio files on SD Card

So....I attempted to copy a folder to my Sandisk 256 MB SD card that contained about 40 MB of Windows Media audio files. Anyway, the files do not show up anywhere on my card yet the system settings still show me as having used up 40 MB of space. What is the deal? How do I erase these files and/or access them? I have tried using ActiveSync with no success. Thanks in advance.

This happened to me not long ago as well. The only way I was able to get it sorted out was to format the SD card using Flash Format from CnetX and then copying the files over again. Worked perfectly since.

bdegroodt's right; you should always format a new card before using it. If that doesn't help your situation, come back to this thread and let us know.
