Outlook Sync

Just set up Inbox on PPC, following these directions:

Ok... when I attempt to connect, Inbox gives me following statement:

"The incoming mail server cannot send or receive messages at this time. Try again later."

Any thoughts... Thanks.

Were you ever able to find a solution to this problem? Recently my office upgraded to an Exchange 2003 server, and I started receiving the same error when I try to connect using my Pocket PC. With the previous Exchange server I did not have any problems.

For both you guys, make sure you can successfully connect through Outlook Express on a desktop, using the exact same settings, before going any further.

tsaylor - make sure your sysadmins enabled IMAP and/or POP support on the new Exchange server...

Thanks (and sorry for the enormous delay). In fact, IMAP4 was not enabled on my company's exchange 2003 server. That was the problem in my case.
