Restoring email

I have a new harddrive in which I am trying to restore all my programs and data. I did a backup of my IPAQ using Sprite Pocket PC Backup Plus.

When I try to sync none of my subfolders with all my old email will sync to Outlook 2002. It deletes them from my IPAQ. I've tried to restore and sync several times but it keeps on deleting these emails.

How can I put my 400+ emails back on my desktop from my PDA?

Dont know if it will work but you might try this....
Open Activesync and go to "Options". Click on the last tab called "Rules". Under "Conflict Resolution"... change this setting to "Always replace item on this computer".
If this does work I would switch it back after you get your machine up and running.
