HP spares, Jornada 928 touchscreen

So HP cannot provide me with a replacement touchscreen much to my frustration. It's cracked and totally u/s.

If anybody can point me to a source of getting one, I'd really, REALLY appreciate it...

Do you know if the screen is the same one used on the Jornada 560 series?

As a result -- I am in need of a screen (I don't know if the touch screen works...) for the Jornada. EricR you sound like you have something -- lets talk :)

From the looks of your picture I would say you have damaged both the touchscreen layer (the top cracked glass) and the underlying Liquid Crystal Display (the blobs of black underneath).

I would love to help you out, but unfortunately, I only have a working touchscreen. Last time I checked HP would replace the display (both the touchscreen and LCD) for $225. :cry:
