Backing up memory cards?

I've downloaded a trial version of Sprite's Pocket Backup and I'm impressed with how much faster and easier it is to use over the ActiveSynch built-in backup.

However, I don't see any options for backing up the SD card on my iPaq. How do other users handle backing up data on a memory card. For now, I just made a copy of the card on my WinXP machine, but is there a faster or easier (and automated) way to do this periodically?

My Casio came with backup s/w. Hallelujah. AS backup has never worked for me. Screw that.

Like you, I've made a few safety copies of my CF memory card's core stuff (programs, not the music), and then zipped it up. If you have a CD-RW drive, you could make CD backups of the zip files....
